Fushcia

Hello friends,

It's time for a new challenge at ATCAS this fortnight. Yoonyoung Kim is our guest designer. Susan is our hostess and she chose 'pink and purple' as the code word.

Follow up is my take on the same,

Image was hand drawn by me. I fussy cut the coloured flowers and mounted on a white cardstock. The sentiment is from Altenew's "Hello Gorgeous" stamp set.   Then I dry embosssed the front panel using Altenew's Grid stencil. Voila.

Hope you all liked my take and are inspired to play along. For more inspiration from DT members, kindly hop on to the ATCAS blog.

Thank you so much for stopping by. Happy Crafting.

Cheers!

Bubble wrap FG

Hello friends,

This is Raga here. Hope you're all doing good! Today I came up with an interesting card to share with you all. Yes, it's time for a new challenge at ATCAS this fortnight. Joyce Mehrberg is our guest designer and  Stephanie is our hostess. She chose 'Bubble' as the code word.

As you know, this word has endless possibilities, I went with some new interpretation called Bubble wrap. Yes, I can hear you saying that we all love to pop it out ofcourse. Let's go for the show off to see how I had to play with the foreground of the card.

To create this bubble wrap effect on the foreground, I used vellum and made impression   of bubble wrap piece on it using grey ink. Then added details using white gel pen and clear nuvo drops. Finally wrapped the vellum piece over the front panel stamped  with a floral image. Finished the card using a simple diecut sentiment 'hello'.  Hope you all liked my take. Happy Crafting!
