International Women's Day Hop - 2021

Hello Friends,

Welcome to our 3rd International Women's day Celebration Hop  - 2021. First, I'm wishing all the wonderful women out here a HAPPY WOMEN'S DAY.

Lots of amazing sponsors are not only sponsoring our hop, but some are also taking part in the hop line by sharing their inspirations. We are more than grateful to all our sponsors, without whom our hop could not be a great success.

For more information about the prizes they are offering, check out the link here

My card for the hop

Flowers never cannot smile despite having a brief life span. So are women, who never cannot spread happiness despite going through daily challenges. They work all day long to keep things in order and hardly get recognised for their efforts. Don't they deserve the much needed break from their daily routines?! Let's support them for what they are and appreciate their efforts often because a little love and care goes a long way.

My Card - Rocking Flowers (Action Mode)

I illustrated this whimsical lady, and the flowers are some random pick from Pinterest. I'm so fortunate to find these doodled flowers as they pair well with my illustration. It was a happy accident.

I'm sharing the image and the template for the mechanism here as follows. You can download and use it.

Button figure card

Hi friends,

Hope you are doing well. Phew, finally I got some time to post my card after so much of tiring works for the day. You all already might have seen my daughter's ( 6 years old little girl) card for mother's day. Here I have CASEed her card. Yes she made me to do it. Now she is proudly saying to her dad, "appa, see amma has cased my card because my card was so beautiful". Aspire to inspire. Inspirations are everywhere 😀. Let's go for the show off,

Abundance love turns distance null

Hello crafty peeps,

I'm back with a cute birdie card that speaks volume of kindness. Here you go,

This clean and simple card depicts the love between mom and daughter / between sisters. In my case both,  as I'm far away from my mom as well as from my sister( do you agree sister is also a second mother and a good friend always!!???)
We are apart by distance but we think about eachother and we have so much love to each other so distance doesn't matter here. I miss my mom and my sister very much.

Homes I used in my card are chipboard from Itsy bitsy craft store. And those birds are hand drawn by me. Finished the card using my handwritten sentiment. Click the image for closer look.

Hope you all liked my card. I'm entering my card into the following challenges,

AAA card inspired by nature challenge

Time out challenge of home sweet home photo inspiration challenge

Cupcake inspiration challenge

Addicted to cas challenge

Paru's card making challenge

Stamploration's may challenge of things with wings
Scrapping for fun challenge of theme ladies

Rainbow craftykari inspiration challenge ( I was inspired by the photo and those sentiments, simply the theme the layout conveys ... Distance or weather not matters when there is so much love). I want to convey the same meaning in my card with my usual cas style. It was quite challenging. I'm happy with the outcome 😊)

Thanks for stopping by. Happy crafting.

Cheers!!

Mother's day card

Hello Friends,

Welcome back. This is my second card for the day. It's a clean and simple card. My mother is fond of copper cookware and has a great collection also the cue at CASology this week is "copper", so here is my take

I made these copper utensils ( ladles) using ice cream sticks and painted them using fevicryl pearl metallic copper paint. Hand written the sentiment you are amazing. Can you notice Ma(mother) in the word amazing is being highlighted?!

Did you know drinking water stored in copper vessels is good for your health? I have seen my mom doing so. 😊

Hope you all liked my card.

I'm playing along the following challenges
